...After a tough debate last night in the House chamber, Congressman Walter Jones' Houses of Worship Political Speech Protection Act was voted down this morning. If it had passed, the bill would have freely allowed political speech inside churches without the fear of the loss of tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service. When the vote finally came in, the legislation was defeated 237-178. There were 16 abstentions. Following this action by the House, churches will remain the only place where "free speech" is not allowed in the United States.

The popular media's coverage of the Dmitri Sklyarov case is a scandal. 26-year-old programmer and encryption gadfly Sklyarov has been languishing in jail for almost two weeks now, and the popular media has paid almost no attention to his truly outrageous arrest. It's a case that has the ugliest implications not only for the press (online and off) but for open discussion of technology, and especially for the First Amendment, now clearly being undermined in the name of copyright protection by the DMCA. This is the opposite of what copyright law was meant to do.This is a corporate perversion of the original intent of copyright law, meant to protect authors for a limited time so that they would have some financial incentive to generate ideas, which then entered the public domain so that they could receive the widest possible distribution. It was never the intention of the authors of American copyright law to sell ideas and intellectual property to greedy corporations in perpetuity, especially at the expense of free speech and the ability to criticize powerful institutions.

Thus, cautions Lessig, a law professor at Stanford, when the DMCA protects technology that in turns protects copyrighted material, it can -- as in the Sklyarov case -- offer protection that is much broader than copyright law was meant to be. Vatican Backs Obama's GLOBAL AGENDA
The Bishops also agree with the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats on what is euphemistically called “immigration reform.” On October 8, Catholic Cardinal Theodore McCarrick
told the Senate that a new bill should help bring illegal aliens “out of the shadows” and give them permanent residency and citizenship. Such a bill figures to be one of the next major Obama initiatives.



On the matter of a cap-and-trade energy bill, which would raise energy prices supposedly to combat global warming, the Catholic Bishops believe that the U.S. should adopt “mitigation and adaptation” approaches that mean “shifting behavior now to adjust to the near-term impacts of climate change.” The Bishops explain that “Mitigation means cutting back on the emissions of harmful global warming pollutants and taking action to prevent further harm to the atmosphere.”

The Nobel Committee’s award to Obama has been viewed by many, on the left and right, as a surprise. But it makes perfect sense. The committee noted that Obama “has as President created a new climate in international politics. Multilateral diplomacy has regained a central position, with emphasis on the role that the United Nations and other international institutions can play.” All of this is true. Obama has built up the power of global institutions at the expense of the United States.

While the Vatican statement congratulating Obama was also seen by some as a surprise, it too makes sense. The Vatican expressed the hope that “this most important recognition will ultimately encourage such a difficult but fundamental commitment for the future of humanity, so that it might bring the expected results.”

The “expected results” are evident when one considers that Pope Benedict, the leader of 1.2 billion Catholics, had endorsed a “World Political Authority,” a form of world government, in his recent         encyclical “Caritas in Veritate.” This world political authority, in the Vatican view, is supposed to “manage the economy,” bring about “timely disarmament,” and ensure “food, security and peace.”

Check out this cartoon that was run long ago in the USA to stop the influx of Socialism. Notice how it speaks of things that are happening today. This is all part of a global plan. Look closely at what spews from D.C. and you will see how the politicians pit the people against each other to be able to create laws that cause a Socialistic society "to protect them" which actually puts an end to freedom. Politicians create and then use race wars, intolerance for religion, and labor strikes to create a need for the State to step in each and every time. Seriously, how many of your close friends act the way politicians say all of us act? They use this excuse to pass laws designed to stop such problems that never really exist in the majority at all. Take Arizona for example. Can you see how they purposely let this problem fester and boil over with all sorts of videos of illegal aliens coming into the nation so as to finally force the need for the State to step in? Or better yet, do we not see the present administration fabricating racial hatred in the tea party movement, or any other grass roots group for that matter that they deem to be a threat? Have not the economic problems they generated the last 3 years caused all sorts of strikes and unemployment just so they can pass laws that prevent strikes and other "benefits" that force millions to live on welfare and thereby become slaves to the government?

Look at Obamacare as well. Does this not create a need for the government as well as a way for the government to remove the care so as to force you into compliance? Do you see what most people miss here? It's the perfect storm of a Socialistic society giving birth wherein Rome can rule with an iron fist just like she did long ago. Did you know that pastors of a 501c3 church can write off everything in and around their home? They can write off the dishes in their cupboards, the furniture in their house, the clothes in their closet and even the fertilizer they put on their lawn. Imagine being able to write off your car, fuel, your wife's birthday cake and your dog's food. The IRS allows pastors to do all of this and all they ask in return is for the registration of the church with the government. If you do not believe this is true, corner your pastor, in the presence of others, and ask him. Ask him about his housing allowance and line item deductions. Don't bother asking the music director or Sabbath School teachers. Only the pastor and associate pastor are afforded these tax benefits because they are considered by the IRS to be the most influential members of a church.

Many things that take place in the church today would change overnight if the church were not registered.  Pastors would be free to preach the Word without fear of losing their cherished tax benefits.  There would probably be no State marriage licenses because a pastor of a 501c3 church is required to process a State license whenever he performs a marriage ceremony.  I'll bet you didn't know that's the reason, did you?  The Bible does not require a license to get married.

Exploiteees Needed: To Give to Rich

Consider the whole concept of institutionalized non-profit incorporated philanthropy. It lives off the existence of two distinct classes: the first, the exploiters, industriously strive in their grand crusade of "helping." The second, the expoitees, believe they have nothing to offer and are convinced they may survive only with that helping. The exploiters need their religion of "do-gooding," and 501c3 distends their rank pride. The exploitees make careers out of getting those goodies, and this covetousness simply calcifies their pride. 501c3 engenders codependency, which by definition is the sustenance of relationship not based on love but on fear.

In other words, the exploiter lives his life bitterly saying "If it weren't for me, that guy would be dead." Worse than that is the attitude he has in his heart: "Thank goodness for that guy, because I may always do things for him that make me feel better about myself." The exploitee just as desperately says, "If it weren't for him, I'd be dead." His more brash underlying motivation is, "Because that guy feels so much guilt I can take advantage of that, and I can be an exploiter myself."

Needless to say, God will have nothing to do with this, except to extend His grace and deliverance to those who want out. Once in His Kingdom, everyone would use their God-given gifts to do marvelous things for God and for community, rejoicing through it all.

Q.  What do you say to the pastor or ministry worker who just says, "It really isn't that big a thing"?

A.  I simply ask them, "What is it that God really wants from you?" If it is to change the world for Christ, are you really doing that? They may reply that they are, and indeed they may be doing fine things in their God club, but the fact remains that the Catholicized church's work is so painfully stunted that most in the World perceptively observe that the "church" is no different from the "world."

Babylon has already entered the church. Adventist Church in China is a mockery of the world-wide Adventist Church. The government appoints and ordains whoever they want, mostly women pastors. Why the Salt of the earth has lost lost its taste in China still baffles me. I pray that the General Conference would address the issue. God be with His church.  I have lived in China for the past three years and it wasn't till my third year that I was able to attend an Adventist Church after years of frantic efforts.

Everything is done in secrecy here. Location of churches is a closely guided state secret. It's impossible for you to find church addresses on the streets or web in China. To the best of my knowledge the Adventist Church in China has no official website. Church buildings are owned by the government; no adventist sign on the building. In fact same building is used by Sunday worshippers. Whatever is said in the church is closely monitored. Members have little or no input to the church's service.
